Dear Flamingo community,
We write to you today after a busy 3 months building our second location. Flamingo Boscombe Spa is officially open!
The team have now had a few weeks of settling in to their brand new surroundings. Thank you to everyone that has visited so far – it means a lot to us.
A good neighbour with an open house, Flamingo beachside enjoys a vibrant design edit with a welcoming laid back ambience. Celebrate the good life in effortless style with locally roasted coffee, cocktails, ice-cold beers and an all-day menu of delicious plates. Please note, Flamingo Boscombe Spa is open from the earlier time of 8am, daily.
Your team in Boscombe Spa includes the lovely Alex Daker as General Manager, alongside Carlos Bronze and Judit Ramos – whom many of you will know from Flamingo Winton. Our new Head Chef Paul Barker has joined us from Miller & Carter in Bournemouth, where he was Head Chef for the last 5 years. We have an experienced leadership team and we’re confident locals and visitors to Boscombe Spa will be well looked after.
Back in Winton, we welcome our new General Manager, Luke Bennett, who joined us last month. Luke has spent the last few years as General Manager of Delfino Lounge in Poole. No doubt many of you have met him already on your recent visits – he’s doing a fantastic job!
We now look forward to a fun summer and beyond – you have our word that we will continue to focus on refinements to our menus and improvements to your experiences, based on the awesome feedback we receive from Flamingo’s ever-growing fan base, and our talented teams!
