While it may be a little bit early to be celebrating the arrival of bikinis and board shorts, we couldn’t wait a moment longer to launch our new spring/summer menu.

Expect a carefully curated and deliciously popular ‘by day’ menu, alongside our new-look evening menu, which takes flavourful culinary inspiration from well beyond our shores. Discover new dishes inspired by sun-kissed coasts or enjoy beach-side classics driven by vibrantly fresh produce – taking a moment to relax with friends and family, whatever the weather.

We are creatures of habit, but isn’t it delicious to try something new?

By Day (9am ’til 4pm)
Some new and exciting dishes have been added to our ‘by day’ menu, served daily. Enjoy our upgraded Pancake combinations, tasty Turkish Eggs, sweet Morning Honey Bowl, Banana Bread French Toast, and Posh Beans with Honey Chorizo and poached Eggs.

Small Plates (starters or sharing)
Our selection of tapas-style small plates are proving very popular, and so we have introduced a number of additions, including Whipped Feta (confit garlic, thyme, ciabatta), Honey Chorizo (salsa verde), and Polenta Fries (parmesan, black pepper, chilli jam) alongside our usual favourites.

Larger Plates (lunch & dinner)
We’ve introduced a number of refined larger plates to our ‘by day’ and ‘by night’ menus. Guests can expect a balanced selection of both light and indulgent dishes, including our Chicken Schnitzel (chilli and garlic mayo) Mac & Cheese (secret triple cheese sauce, toasted crumb), Grilled Halloumi & Peach Salad (romaine lettuce, cucumber, marinated tomatoes, chilli and mint dressing), Blackened Salmon (cajun rub, pineapple salsa, smashed avocado, sour cream), and much more! 

It’s been a hard job for the team, working their way through a number of new dessert options! We think you’ll love the new additions pictured above. On the left is the Strawberries & Cream Mess (crushed meringue, strawberry compote, fresh strawberries, whipped cream) alongside the Taste of Paradise (caramelised pineapple, coconut rum, coconut & lime sorbet).
