This week, Flamingo turns five.

Five years ago, at the end of the pandemic, we opened the doors to our first Flamingo café bar with a simple idea: to create casual yet stylish spaces that feel like a little escape from the everyday. Places where people could settle in, slow down, and enjoy great hospitality from morning through to late evening.

Today, Flamingo calls two iconic neighbourhoods home — by the sea in Boscombe Spa and by the green in Ashley Cross.

Over the last five years, we’ve continued to refine the Flamingo experience alongside our teams — the people who bring the brand to life every single day. From the atmosphere and interiors to the menus, cocktails and hospitality, every detail has evolved with one goal in mind: creating places people genuinely love returning to.

One thing many of you have been asking for the return of a loyalty programme — and we’re excited to say it’s finally on the way. Club Flamingo launches next month, alongside our brand-new app designed to make every visit even more rewarding. More details will be shared very soon.
