Every time you visit Flamingo and spend £15 or more, you’ll earn one stamp in your Passport. Simply present your membership ID code when paying so we can add your visit.

Every third visit unlocks a reward, with something waiting for you after visits 3, 6 and 9. You’ll find your available rewards inside the app, ready to redeem on your next escape to Flamingo.

No. You can collect a maximum of one Passport stamp per visit, regardless of how much you spend – however, we do keep track of your overall spend total and will reward you on this too when you hit certain spend milestones.

Open My Rewards in the Club Flamingo app and show your available reward to a member of our team when you visit. They’ll take care of the rest.

Yes – once unlocked, a reward is valid for 30 days. Redeem it within that window or it will expire.
