Flamingo began with a simple idea: to create an everyday escape – a place that Feels Like Holiday.
Flamingos themselves are found across the globe, always drawn to warm climates and shared spaces. Their sense of flair and distinctiveness inspired us to create somewhere flamboyant, welcoming and effortlessly comfortable from the moment you arrive.
Our vision was to build thoughtfully designed venues that blur the lines between café, restaurant and laid-back bar – open from early ’til late – where interiors, food and drinks take inspiration from sun-soaked coastlines around the world.
What began as a single café bar in Bournemouth has grown into something more, with two stand-out locations: by the sea in Boscombe Spa, and by the green in Ashley Cross, Poole.
