When you use our online booking system (the “Booking System”) to make a booking with us, Aviary Hospitality Ltd, you will provide us with certain information that is shared with us and Zonal Retail Data System Limited, a company incorporated in Scotland (registered number SC069596) and having its registered office at 1 Tanfield, Edinburgh, EH3 5DA (“Zonal”).
Information Aviary Hospitality Ltd and Zonal collects about you from the Booking System:
- First name
- Last name
- Email address
- Mobile phone number
- Marketing opt in (where applicable)
- Any comments you may add to the Booking System in any free text area about dietary requirements, access requirements, allergens, special requests etc
Aviary Hospitality Ltd and Zonal use your information as follows:
- Your contact details are saved against your booking and may be used if Aviary Hospitality Ltd needs to contact you about your booking.
- Aviary Hospitality Ltd may use any comments you add to the booking in connection with your visit.
Other information captured by Aviary Hospitality Ltd and Zonal from the Booking System include:
- Location of booking
- Time/date of booking
- Value of deposit (if applicable) and how the deposit was paid (bank card/gift card/voucher/loyalty points etc.). Zonal does not store bank or card details and payments are processed separately by another third party.
If you choose to use the Booking System to make a booking as a guest then Aviary Hospitality Ltd and Zonal will only capture and retain your email address, mobile number, first name and last name. Which will be stored with the booking record and deleted in accordance with the retention policy.
Zonal and Aviary Hospitality Ltd will use booking information for fulfilling the booking.
Retention of your Data
Generally, your information will not be deleted by Zonal unless you contact Aviary Hospitality Ltd to request deletion.
Booking information is stored for 13 months by Zonal then archived.
All bookings are made subject to Aviary Hospitality Ltd terms and conditions of booking.
